Every year coinciding with the Barcelona Design Week, the creativity of the country is shown in the exhibition<<El mejor diseño del año>>. A compilation of the winning and finalist works of the awards organized by the associations of the FAD. This is an essential exhibition to learn about the situation of the design and art sector in the last year.
Our redesign of funeral wreath The Green Memory was selected at the ADI awards, and will be exhibited at this exhibition at the Design Museum in Barcelona, in the category of industrial design. This year highlight the ecodesign criteria in this category, not only for the Green memory, ecological funeral wreath and that follows the criteria of the circular economy, but there are other products such as the new packaging Damm, replacing the typical plastic rings or the washing bucket, which is composed of 80% recycled plastic.
In the exhibition you can see more than four hundred works, all evaluated by prestigious professional juries in each of the creative sectors. The pieces have been selected according to strict criteria of excellence, innovation and originality
And the exhibition is divided into 4 categories, Architecture and Interior Design, Graphic Design and Visual Communication, Industrial Design and Art.
To commemorate the tenth anniversary of the exhibition, this year the organization wanted to complement it with a programme of digital activities related to design, creation and sustainability. They will start during Barcelona Design Week and will last until August.
